amgine Inc. ("Company") operates the URL shortening service Gottarun ("Service") and values users' personal information in compliance with applicable law. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information is collected from users, how and why it is used, and what measures are taken to protect it.
1. Personal Information Collected and How It Is Collected
The Company collects the following personal information:

2. Purpose of Collection and Use
- Member management: identity verification for member-based features, personal identification, prevention of fraudulent use
- Service provision: URL shortening, listing shortened URLs and click statistics, integration with the browser extension
- Service improvement and abuse prevention: quality improvement through analysis of access logs and IP-based statistics, detection and blocking of spam/abuse
3. Retention and Use Period
The Company destroys users' personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved, in principle. However, where retention is required under applicable law, the Company retains member information for the period specified by that law. Upon account deletion, account information is deleted immediately; short URLs and click logs may be retained for a separately defined period for service operation and abuse-prevention purposes before being destroyed.
4. Provision of Information to Third Parties
The Company does not, in principle, disclose users' personal information to outside parties. Exceptions apply where the user has given prior consent, or where disclosure is required by law or requested by an investigative agency for investigative purposes in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law.
5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
The Company may outsource certain operations, such as server hosting and authentication (SSO), to external vendors to the extent necessary for operating the Service, and stipulates the necessary matters to ensure personal information is managed safely in accordance with applicable law when doing so.
6. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
Users may view or edit their registered personal information at any time, and may request deletion of their personal information by deleting their account. For inquiries regarding viewing, editing, or deleting personal information, please contact the Personal Information Protection Officer listed below.
7. Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information
The Company has technical and administrative safeguards in place to ensure the safety of personal information, including encrypted password storage, access control, and retention of access records.
